Delivery costs are per bouquet. Delivery charges will be reduced for large orders for delivery to the one location. We will discuss these charges at the time you place your order.

* for delivery to any Islands such as Stradbroke, Russell and McLeay Island and so on, Lollypotz will deliver to the closest ferry terminal and then the customer must make their own arrangements for delivery from the terminal to the Island. The Delivery Fee is calculated based on delivery to the ferry terminal only. Specific arrangements can be made direct with Franchise Owners so please call 1300 565 597 for more information.

We generally do not deliver on weekends, unless prior arrangements are made with our Call Centre. Please contact 1300 565 597 for enquiries re weekend deliveries.
For orders weighing over 25kgs, additional freight may be charged.
If orders are received by 12 noon and a franchise exists in the local delivery area, delivery can be made same day. If orders are required to be sent via a country courier, please contact us for Delivery dates.
We have a standard delivery service and if we have a franchise in the local delivery area we guarantee to have your delivery made before 5pm to business addresses and 6pm to residential addresses on the day of delivery. If you have a specific request with regard to time, please call us on 1300 565 597 and let us know. We will make every effort to meet your request and will let you know at the time how likely it is that the delivery can be made at the specific time. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee specific delivery times.
