Do you have a shopfront I can visit to view your products?

What is the deadline for placing an order?
In most capital cities we guarantee next day delivery for orders places before 10:00am (AEST Monday-Friday) and in some cases may be able to ensure same day delivery. Please call us on 1300 565 597 to confirm the deadline for your delivery area.
As a general courtesy, we advise that all orders be placed 48 – 72 hrs in advance of your desired delivery date, to avoid potential delivery problems. This may be longer for regional areas.
What methods of payment do Lollypotz accept?
For orders placed over the telephone and online, we accept all major credit cards: VISA, MasterCard & American Express.
Should you wish to place your order over the telephone and do not have a credit card, we do accept Australian Postal Money Orders. Please post all money orders to our Head Office – GPO Box. Be note that payment must be received before your order may be processed.
For in-store purchases, we also accept EFTPOS and cash payments.
Are online transactions secure?
Lollypotz ensures that all transactions conducted online are completely secure. Our website uses secure socket layer (SSL) certified to encrypt all of your personal information. We use strong security measures to prevent the loss, misuse and alteration of your information once it is in our records. If you are concerned about paying for your order over the internet, you can contact us to pay over the phone.
How do I know if my order has been received?
When you place an order online, and your order is successfully processed, you will receive an automatic email confirmation from us.
Do you have a printed catalogue?
Our current range changes throughout the year and for this reason we do not have have printed catalogues that can be sent in the mail. We do however maintain our product catalogue on our website, so we ask that you browse the website to view our products in detail.
Do you delivery on weekends and public holidays?
We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays in all areas. We do make deliveries on these days when a special occasion falls on a weekend, such as Mother’s Day or Valentine’s Day.
To avoid any disappointment please call us on 1300 565 597 to confirm that we can deliver on your desired date.
Where do Lollypotz deliver?
We deliver anywhere in Australia and New Zealand.
What if the recipient is not home when Lollypotz make delivery?
If you suspect that the recipient is not going to be home at the time of delivery, can you please put instructions in the comments section as to where we can leave the bouquet – Ideally you should suggest a safe area out of direct sunlight.
Our delivery team will leave it if you have agreed that it can be left otherwise a card with instructions for re-delivery or pickup will be left. If re-delivery is required charges may apply.
Can I specify a time for my delivery?
We have a standard delivery service and we guarantee to have your delivery made before 5pm to business addresses and 6pm to residential addresses on the day of delivery. If you have a specific request with regard to time, please call us on 1300 565 597 and let us know. We will make every effort to meet your request and will let you know at the time how likely it is that the delivery can be made at the specific time. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee specific delivery times.
Can I make changes to my order?
Provided that delivery has not been made, we will make every effort to make any changes as requested. Please call us on 1300 565 597.
Can I check the status of my order?
To check on the status on your order, please call us on 1300 565 597 or send an email to email@example.com. Please quote your order number for us to access the status.
Can I collect my order in person?
We have various stores thought Australia where you can arrange to pickup an order during the stores opening hours. Please see our Contact Us page for store locations and call our 1300 number to arrange pickup.
