"I ordered the Perfectly Pink Bouquet for my daughter who is struggling with depression at the moment. It was a complete surprise for her especially as I usually send flowers to her when she is like this. She got such a lift from it and the other girls in her ward were amazed. She said it was so beautiful she was going to look at it for a few days before beginning to eat the hearts.
We both liked the fact that 40% of the cost was going to the McGrath Foundation. It was this that made me choose your company because I think this is a wonderful way of supporting such a great cause. Congratulations on a great product and a great initiative.

"When travelling interstate recently, I heard that a friend's Mum was in intensive care. I wanted to cheer her up, so I thought of Ashleigh from Lollypotz straight away. I'm not the best with the touchy feely stuff, but Ashleigh was able to help me out with the wording of the card and she put together a bright and colourful chocolate bouquet. It was delivered to my friend's office within 90 minutes and the visual "wow factor" of the bouquet was a talking point in her workplace all day.

I just wanted to say thank you so so much to the Sunbury Lollypotz for doing such a fantastic job on my Turkish Delight bouquet for my boyfriend for Valentine’s Day today.
He sent me a photo and the bouquet looks awesome (even better than I had hoped!), and he absolutely loves it.
I am really impressed with the customer service – your delivery person gave me a call to let me know she had dropped it off at reception, which I really appreciated...so often you spend the day wondering if your delivery has got there or not, so it was so nice to know that it had arrived there all safe and sound without any problems. I went with Lollypotz as I have heard nightmare stories of other companies promising to deliver on Valentine’s Day and then failing to, but you guys had it done and sorted by 1230pm.

"Hi,
Last friday I put in an order online & I mixed up the postcode which meant my order was sent to Sydney not Newcastle & by the time this was rectified I had missed the delivery cut off time. One of your lovely ladies (sorry I wish I could remember her name) apologised & said that she lives near where the bouquet was to be delivered & offered to drop it off on her way home from work, which was such a lovely thing to do. If that wasn't enough when she arrived at the address nobody was home & the front gate was padlocked up she couldn't get in, so she called me off what I presume is her own personal phone & asked me what I would like her to do, I told her I would try & contact the person who was receiving the delivery & ask what was best. After waiting for me to try & contact my friend I rang her back & she said she was willing to jump the fence. This lady went well & truly above & beyond my expectation & would of spent at least 1/2 out of her own time trying to help me & messaged me later to say that she was able to jump the fence & make the delivery for me.
I was blown away by everything she did for me & if you could pass on a very big thank you to the lady in question I would really appreciate it.
PS I think she should definitely get employee of the month lol

I ordered a bunch of chocolate flowers for my niece yesterday (Monday), for delivery today (Tuesday). Not only was the delivery on time and instructions followed but the chocolates look amazing. My niece is so happy with them, she sent me a photo and they do look good. I am just so happy that the bunch looked so terrific and was such good value.

I’ve been waiting for an opportunity to send a pot of Lollypotz goodies! I must admit I often went straight to [removed for privacy reasons] but since seeing your range, I have found your selection far cheaper with a much wider range for middle priced gifts.
I find with [removed for privacy reasons] their selection of gifts are either too big and too expensive or too small and too cheap. . . Will definitely be ordering through Lollypotz in the future.
